Through this interaction with horses, in a setting that encourages awareness of body, mind and spirit, learning is achieved. We learn a way of interpreting what someone else is doing in response to our behaviors, and how that impacts on our lives. Thus individuals gain new skills, knowledge, behaviors and understanding about self and others. The facilitator helps the individual to apply the learning into important areas of their life.
